耳穴贴压促进妇科腹腔镜患者术后排气的观察

目的观察耳穴贴压对促进妇科腹腔镜术后患者排气的效果。方法对56例妇科腹腔镜患者术后4h开始以王不留行籽贴压耳穴并按摩耳穴5-10min，每2h一次，观察至排气止所有时间，并与30例术后常规护理的对照组进行对比。结果实验组患者术后排气较对照组明显提前（平均提前6．48h），术后平均住院日缩短2，49d，经统计学处理，2组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论耳穴贴压按摩法能使妇科腹腔镜患者术后第一次排气时间提前，有利于术后恢复，缩短住院日。

Effects of Auricular-plaster Therapy in Improving Postoperative Exhaust in Patients with Laparoscopic Operation

Objective To investigate the measures of improving postoperative exhaust in patients with laparoseopie operation in the department of gynecology. Methods 86 cases with laparoseopie operation were divided in to two groups randomly. The treatment group（56 eases） adopted postoperative auricular point plaster with eowherb seed and massage of 5 to 10 minutes every 2hours until patient began to exhaust. The control group adopted routine nursing. Results The time of exhaust beginning in the treatment group was obviously shorter than that of the control groups （average advanced 6.48 hours, P 〈 O. Ol ）. The average time in hospital was shortened 2.49 days. Conclusions The auricular-plaster therapy and massaging can improve the postoperative exhaust in patients with laparoseopie operation in the department of gynecology, shorten the time in hospital, and is beneficial to the recovery of patients.
