社区高级知识分子人群的生活质量评价

目的 测评社区高级知识分子（高知）人群的生活质量，探讨其影响因素。方法 采用SF-36健康调查量表，对浙江师范大学教工社区的120名高级知识分子进行入户调查。测算社区高知人群的生活质量得分，与常模比较，并作单因素分析和多元线性逐步回归分析。结果 社区高知人群的整体生活质量良好，年龄、肥胖、日常生活能力、疼痛和焦虑是生活质量主要影响因素。结论 应加强社区卫生服务，采取综合措施改善高知人群的生活质量。

The Assessment on Quality of Life in High-intelligentsia Population in the Community

Objective To assess health - related quality of life in high - intelligentsia population in the community and explore influential factors. Methods 120 high -intellectuals, from the community of Zhejiang Normal University, were investigated by SF - 36 Scales at home. The scores of the quality of life in the community high - intelligentsia population were calculated and compared with that in general population. Single factor analysis and multivariate regression analysis were applied to determine the effect of explanatory variables on quality of life in them. Results The general quality of life in high - intelligentsia population were better. The five variables of age, obesity, daily ability, pain and anxiety were found to be the major significant factors of quality of life in high - intelligentsia population. Conclusion Community health service should be enforced and comprehensive measurements should be made for improving quality of life in high - intelligentsia population.
