| 摘 要： | Aim To deteremine thealteration and its significance of the expression of P53 protein in lymphocyte in patientsof essential hypertension. Methods IVST and LVPWT were measured inpatients with echocardiography. P53 protein expression was determined byimmunohistochemical method. Results Positive P53 expressions were foundin both hypertension group(70%) and control group(14%)(P<0.01), and the positive cellincidence of P53 protein was 59.9% in 50 hypertensive patients and 22.8% in normalpersons(P<0.01). The correlation analysis showed that IVST and LVPWT correlatedpositively to the positive cell incedence of P53 protein. ConclusionThese data suggested that the expression of P53 protein may be associated the developmentof left ventricle hypertrophy in hypertensive patients.
