高强度聚焦超声辐照肿瘤细胞的时间-温度关系研究

摘    要:目的:探讨一定声功率下,高强度聚焦超声(high-intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU)辐射肿瘤细胞的时间-温度关系。方法:应用频率0.8MHZ焦点平均超声强3000W/cm^2的HIFU连续辐照人卵巢上皮癌细胞(HO8910),通过热电偶温度计连续测温,观察时间与温度的关系。结果:在超声强度一定的前提下,随着照时间的延长,温度增加,但两者不成比例。结论:HIFU辐照

The Time-temperature Relationship of Tumor Cells Receiving High-intensity Focused Ultrasound Irradiation
Abstract:Objective:To determine the temperature rise in ovarian carcinoma cell suspension exposed to highintensity focused ultrasound.Methods:HO8910 cells were irradiated by ultrasound with 3000w/cm2intensity and 08MHz frequency. Temperature alteration of suspension was measured by thermocouple.Result:The temperature got higher under protracted irradiation.Conclusion:Nonlinear relationship between temperature rise and duration of irradition exposure was witnessed.
