E-cadherin、Snail、Twist在胃癌组织及淋巴结转移灶中的表达及临床意义

目的 探讨E-cadherin、Snail、Twist蛋白在胃癌原发灶及淋巴结转移灶中的表达及其对预后的影响.方法 选择行标准胃癌根治术（D2）的80例患者为研究对象.检测E-cadherin、Snail、Twist的表达水平,并与临床病理资料做对照分析.结果 胃癌组织中E-cadherin、Snail、Twist的阳性表达率分别为37.50％,71.25％,73.75％;淋巴结转移癌组织中为63.75％,53.75％,68.75％;正常胃组织中为100％,30％,10.00％.3种蛋白在胃癌组织与正常胃黏膜组织之间的表达均有显著差异（P＜0.05）;E-cadherin和Snail在胃癌原发灶与淋巴结转移灶组织之间的表达差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,而Twis则无意义（P＞0.05）.E-cadherin的表达情况、组织学分类、有无淋巴结转移为影响胃癌患者预后的独立因素（P=0.018,P=0.012,P=0.025）.结论 E-cadherin、Snail、Twist蛋白在胃癌原发灶、淋巴结转移灶中均异常表达,可能作为判断肿瘤原发灶侵袭性和转移性的潜在指标.

Expression and clinical significance of E-cadherin,Snail and Twist in gastric cancer tissue and lymph node metastases

Objective To explore the expression of E-cadherin, Snail and Twist in gastric cancer tissue and lymph node metastases and its influence on prognosis. Methods 80 patients underwent D2 radical operation for gastric cancer were selected as study objects. The expression of E-cadherin, Snail and Twist was detected and its correlation with the clinicopathologic features was analyzed. Results ThepositiverateofE-cadherin, Snail, Twistexpressionwas37.5 % , 7 1.25 % , 73.75% in gastric cancer tissue, 63.75%, 53.75%, 68.75% in the lymph node metastases and 100.0%, 30%, 10% in the normal human gastric mucosa. There were significant differences between gastric cancer tissue and normal human gastric mucosa in the expiession of the 3 proteins （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in the expression of Twist between gastric cancer tissue and lymph node metastases （ P 〉 0.05 ）, while the difference in the expression of E-cadherin and Snail expression was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of E-cadherin, histological classification and the presence of lymph node metastasis were the independent factors affecting the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer （ P = 0.018, P = 0. 012, P = 0.025 ）. Conclusion The expressions of E-cadherin, Snail and Twist are abnormal both in gastric cancer tissue and lymph node metastases, and they may be used as potential markers to estimate the invasiveness and metastasis of tumors.
