摘    要:目的:建立火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定藏药中铁含量的检测方法,以控制藏药质量。方法:采用稀硝酸消解法处理样品,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定样品中Fe2+含量,并优化相关实验参数。结果:Fe2+浓度(C)在1.09~16.31μg/mL范围内与其吸光度(A)呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.999;回收率为97.15%,RSD%=0.74(n=6)。结论:火焰原子吸收法能安全、快速、高效地测定藏药复方制剂中的铁含量,可用于藏药及其制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective: Establishment of detection method for determination of iron content in Tibetan medicine by flame atomic ab- sorption spectrophotometry, for the purpose of control quality of Tibetan Medicine. Methods: By using the method of dilute nitric acid digestion to replace the existing mixed acid digestion, flame atomic absorption spectrophotometric determination of the content of Fe2+ instead of titration. Results : Fe2+ absorbance (A) and concentration (C) of 1.09μg/mL~ 16.31μg/mL range, the correlation coefficient r=0. 999; the rate of recovery was 97.15, RSD%=0.74(n= 6). Conclusion:The method can safe, quick, efficient de termine the content of iron of Tibetan medicine.
