摘    要:目的:建立清热解毒软胶囊中地黄、麦冬的鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对清热解毒软胶囊中地黄、麦冬成分进行鉴别。结果:建立地黄、麦冬两种药物的薄层鉴别方法,与对照药材色谱相应的位置,供试品色谱显示相同颜色的斑点,且阴性无干扰。结论:该方法简便可靠,专属性强,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

TLC Identification of Rehmanniae Radix,Ophiopogonis Radix in Qingrejiedu Soft Capsule

Abstract:Objective:To establish the identification method of Rehmanniae radix, Ophiopogonis radix on Qingrejiedu Soft Capsule. Methods : TLC identification experiment of Rehmanniae radix, Ophiopogonis radix on Qingrejiedu Soft CapsuLe was used. Results: The method mentioned above have been established, in chromatography of sample and standard sample, spots with same color in same position were observed. And there is no interference in negative sample. Conclusion : This method is simple, with strong spe- cificity and reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
