通心络胶囊治疗慢性脑供血不足患者临床观察

目的：观察分析通心络胶囊治疗慢性脑供血不足患者临床疗效。方法：将40例慢性脑供血不足患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各20例,对照组给予尼莫地平片40mg常规基础治疗,每日3次;治疗组在对照组基础上加用通心络胶囊口服,4粒/次,每天3次。治疗2个月后测定两组患者血液流变学指标,并比较两组患者治疗总有效率。结果：治疗2个月后,与对照组比较,治疗组症状及客观检查均有明显改善,治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：通心络胶囊治疗慢性脑供血不足患者临床疗效显著,有利于改善患者脑血流状况,降低血黏度,值得临床推广应用。

The Influence of Tongxinluo Capsule on Blood Rheology in Patients with Chronic Cerebral Circulation Insufficiency

Objective：To investigate the influence of Tongxinluo capsule on blood rheology in patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency. Methods. 40 cases of patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 20 cases in each group. Patients in both groups were given the same basic treatment, At the same time given nimodipine 40 mg, three times a day . and treatment group were provided extra oral administration of Tongxinluo capsule with 4/ time, three times a day. 2 months after treatment for 2 groups of patients , determined of hemorheology indexes, and compared the two groups total effective treatment. Results： After two months of treatment, symptoms and objective examination showed more significant improvement in patients in treatment group that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conchlsion ： Tongxinluo capsule for the treatment of Chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency was safe and effective, and can improve cerebral blood flow, reduce blood viscosity.
