Y型乳头矫正器的研制及临床应用

目的 探讨凹陷或扁平乳头的有效矫正方法及Y型乳头矫正器的矫正效果.方法 将66例乳头凹陷或乳头扁平的初产妇分为观察组(38例),用自行研制的乳头矫正器进行矫正.对照组(28例)用一次性注射器抽吸矫正.结果 2组在乳头伸展长度、吸乳器每次持续作用时间、产妇舒适度、乳头矫正时间、总使用次数上有显著性差异(p＜0.05).结论 自制的Y型乳头矫正器矫正乳头凹陷和乳头扁平效果优于一次性注射器抽吸矫正.

Triturafion and Clinical Application of Y-type Nipple Appliance

Objective:To explore the effective corrective procedure of crater nipple or applanation nipple and the corrective effect of Y-type nipple appliance.Methods:A total of 66 cases of patients in our hospital suffered from crater nipple and applanation nipple had been divided into two groups,including abserved group(38 cases),using the nipple appliance made by ourselves;the other matched group(28 cases),using the disposable syringe to aspirate correctly.Results:The extend length of corrective nipple,the sustained function of nipple aspiration each time,parturient comfortable degree,and the frequency of the using all had significant differences between these two groups(p<0.05).Conclusions:The effect of Y-type nipple appliance to correct crater nipple and applanation nipple is better than the disposable syringe to aspirate correctly,so that the effective breast feeding is ahead of time,meanwhile,it can increase the parturient comfort degree,improve their confidence and the rate of breast feeding.
