| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨急性闭合性睾丸损伤临床CT诊断价值。方法 对 12例急性闭合性睾丸损伤临床及CT平扫检查进行分析。结果 睾丸轻度损伤肿大 1例 ,鞘膜下积血 1例 ,睾丸实质出血及白膜下血肿 2例。CT检查正确诊断睾丸碎裂 8例 ,正常结构消失 ,白膜中断 ,睾丸组织突出 ,睾丸碎片分离征象。结论 CT检查能准确诊断各种类型睾丸损伤 ,并能确定损伤的程度 ,为临床尽早提供可靠的诊断依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the detection of acute testis blunt trauma by CT.Methods 12 cases of acute testis blunt trauma were examined by plain CT.Results CT appearances of testis trauma were:enlargement of testis in one case,vaginal hematocele in 1 case,testis parenchymal hemorrhage and subalbugineous hematoma in 2 cases,rupture of testis in 8 cases which showed disappear of normal structure,rupture of albuginea and protruding of the testis tissue.Conclusion CT scan could precisely demonstrate all types of testis trauma and offer reliable evidence for clinical diagnosis. |
