甲状腺功能亢进性肌病的肌电图分析

目的 :通过对甲状腺功能亢进患者的肌电图检测 ,以了解其对甲状腺功能亢进性肌病的应用价值。方法 :对 5 2例甲状腺功能亢进患者进行常规肌电图检测。结果 :发现甲状腺功能亢进患者在无肌病症状体征时肌电图可出现异常。结论 :提示过多的甲状腺激素可能是引起肌肉受损并出现肌电异常的基础 ;表明肌电对检测甲状腺功能亢进性肌肉损害较为敏感 ,可发现临床的肌肉损害。肌电图的恢复可作为观测甲状腺功能亢进得到有效控制的一种指标。

AN ANALYSIS OF ELECTROMYOGRAPHY OF HYPERTHYROIDISM PATIENTS

Objective:To identify the clinical value of electromyography in hyperthyroidism diagnosis.Methods:Common electromyographic examination were applied in 30 cases with hyperthyroidism.Results:The abnormalities of electromyography were shown in all the patients even though their symptom and physical sign were not obvious at all. Conclusion:The finding suggests that excessive thyroxine might results in muscle damage and abnormal muscle electric activity. On the other hand, it is shown that electromyography is a sensible test in hyperthyroid muscle damage by which clinical muscle damage can be found. The recovery in electromyography can serves as an index which indicates hyperthyroidism has been treated effectively.
