| 摘 要： | 本文综述了磁共振胰胆管成像 (MRCP)的原理、技术及临床应用 ,讨论其与直接胆道造影比较的优、缺点 ,认为MRCP在很多情况下已可取代传统的诊断性内窥镜逆行胰胆管造影术 (ERCP)或经皮肝胆管造影术(PTC)的作用 ,并推测未来MRCP还将应用于胰胆管病变的介入治疗。

| Abstract: | This article reviews the principle, techniques and clinical application of MR cholangiopancreatography. It also discusses the advantages as well as disadvantages of MRCP in comparing with direct cholangiopancreatography and shows that MRCP examination may replace the traditional techniques such as diagnostic ERCP or PTC in many cases. Nowadays there is also a trend toward more treatment with MRCP in intervenient therapy for pancreaticobiliary duct diseases. |
