| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除、胆道探查术治疗结石性胆囊炎合并胆总管结石的疗效和应用价值。方法回顾性分析我科从1998年5月～2007年8月施行的210例腹腔镜胆囊切除、胆道探查术的临床资料。结果198例在腹腔镜下完成手术，中转开腹12例；胆总管一期缝合15例，置T管引流195例。术后发生拔T管胆漏3例，胆总管残石3例.结论腹腔镜胆囊切除、胆道探查术是一种治疗结石性胆囊炎合并胆总管结石的安全、有效、微创的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value and curative effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy with common bile duct exploring in the treatment of lithic cholecystitis with common bile duct stones. Methods The clinical data of 210 patients from May 1998 to August 2007 treated in our department by laparoscopic cholecystectomy with common bile duct exploring were retrospectively analyzed.
