尸体肾移植1011例次的临床报告

１９７８年６月至１９９３年１２月，我院共为９６９例慢性肾衰患者施行同种异体肾移植１０１１例次，人／肾总存活率，１年期为８９．２％／７８．７％；３年期为８２．０％／７４．７％；５年期为６７．０％／５８．４％；存活１０年以上者已有１２例，１５年的肾移植经验表明：（１）提高肾存活率的因素是多方面的，其中高质量以肾与植肾手术尤为重要；（２）环孢素Ａ等免疫抑制剂虽已普遍应用但仍应坚持ＡＢＯ血型及淋巴细胞毒性

renal allograft operations were performed in 969 chronic renal failure patients within 15 years,from June 1978 to December 1993. Patients/recipients survival rates were as follows respectively:89.2%/78.7% for 1 year,82.0%/74.7% for 3 years and 67.0%/58.4% for 5 years.Twelve cases have survived for more than 10 years.Experience in renal transplantation for 15 years reveals(1)Factors of raising graft survival rate are multiplicate.Among them high quality of procuration and transplantation of donor kidneys are most important;(2) In era of cyclosporine A,ABO matching and lymphocytes toxicity assay should be still persistent,(3)Infection is the main cause of failue in transplantation. Prevention of infection should be carried out in the whole course of pre-,post-operation and during operation;(4)Strengthening the work of postoperative follow-up and directing the patients'treatment during convalescent period must be emphasized.It is most significant for long term survival rate.
