| 摘 要： | 目的：研究高河菜提取物对积滞化热模型大鼠消化液成分的影响；方法：建立积滞化热模型后，测定模型大鼠胃酸含量及胃蛋白酶活性；结果：高河菜提取物能明显增加胃液分泌量，游离酸和总酸的酸度，提高胃蛋白酶活性，与模型组相比有统计学意义。结论：高河菜提取物能治疗积滞化热证，其机制与增加胃酸分泌量和酸度，提高胃蛋白酶活性有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of Megacarpaea delavayi Franch on digestive juice in rat with heat due to food stagnation.Methods:The content of gastric acid and pepsase of each group were detected after building the food stagnation model.Results:Megacarpaea delavayi Franch can promote gastric acid secretion and increase pepsase compared with model group.Conclusion:Megacarpaea delavayi Franch can treat the food stagnation,whose mechanism is related to increase gastric acid and pepsase. |
