摘    要:目的:研究高河菜提取物对积滞化热模型大鼠消化液成分的影响;方法:建立积滞化热模型后,测定模型大鼠胃酸含量及胃蛋白酶活性;结果:高河菜提取物能明显增加胃液分泌量,游离酸和总酸的酸度,提高胃蛋白酶活性,与模型组相比有统计学意义。结论:高河菜提取物能治疗积滞化热证,其机制与增加胃酸分泌量和酸度,提高胃蛋白酶活性有关。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of Megacarpaea delavayi Franch on digestive juice in rat with heat due to food stagnation.Methods:The content of gastric acid and pepsase of each group were detected after building the food stagnation model.Results:Megacarpaea delavayi Franch can promote gastric acid secretion and increase pepsase compared with model group.Conclusion:Megacarpaea delavayi Franch can treat the food stagnation,whose mechanism is related to increase gastric acid and pepsase.
