| 摘 要： | 目的探讨磁共振回波、快速场回波-平面回波技术在高血压脑微出血(CMB)中的诊断价值。方法对14例CMB患者行常规快速自旋回波(FSE)T1WI、T2WI、液体衰减反转恢复序列(FLAIR)和场回波序列(FE)T2*WI、快速场回波-平面回波(FFE-EPI)T2*WI扫描,比较常规序列与FE、FFE-EPI序列对脑微出血的显示率,分析其信号特征。结果FE和FFE-EPI序列对CMB的病灶对比度明显高于常规T2WI。对于CMB的检出率,FE和FFE-EPI与常规序列的差异有统计学意义。结论FE和FFE-FPI可以准确诊断不同类型的CMB。FE序列能提高CMB病灶的检出数,应作为MR诊断CMB的首选。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of MRI field echo(FE) and fast field echo-echo planar imaging(FFE-EPI) scan technique in diagnosis of hypertension cerebral microbleeds(CMB).Methods Fourteen palients with CMB were examined by using conventional FSE T1WI,T2WI,FLAIR and FE T2WI,FFE-EPI T2WI MR sequences.The detection rate of cerebral FE and FFE-EPI lesions were compared among the sequences,and the characteristic signals were analyzed.Results In the observation of CMB,the FE and FFE-EPI sequence was better T2WI.The detectcon rate of CMB lesion on FE and FFE-EPI was the highest and significantly higher than that on FSE.Conclusions The exact diagnosis of different types of acute CMB could be made by FE and FFE-EPI scan technique.FE could be the first sequence of choice of MR imaging in diagnosing CMB owing to its performance with a highest detected numbers of CMB lesions. |
