益心康泰胶囊治疗化疗所致心脏毒性临床研究

目的:观察益心康泰胶囊治疗化疗所致心脏毒性的临床疗效。方法:选取52例肿瘤化疗后出现心脏毒性反应的患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各26例。对照组予以辅酶Q-10治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服益心康泰胶囊治疗,观察两组患者胸闷、心慌、乏力等心脏毒性症状及心电图的改善情况,评价生存质量。结果:治疗后治疗组患者胸闷、心悸、乏力症状均明显改善,有效率分别为90.0%、90.0%、95.5%,对照组治疗后胸闷、心悸、乏力症状的有效率分别为57.1%、65.4%、65.2%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组治疗后心电图明显改善,有效率80.8%,对照组有效率为50.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后治疗组卡氏评分改善情况优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:益心康泰胶囊能纠正化疗药对患者心脏的损伤,提高患者的生存质量。

Clinical Study of Yixin Kangtai Capsule in Treating for Chemotherapy Induced by Cardiotoxicity

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yixin Kangtai Capsule in treatment of cardiac toxicity induced by chemotherapy.Methods:Fifty-two patients with cardiac toxicity after chemotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with coenzyme Q-10.The treatment group was treated with YiXin Kangtai Capsule in addition to that of the control group.The improvement of cardiotoxicity and electrocardiogram was observed in the patients such as chest tightness,palpitation and fatigue.The quality of life was evaluated.Results:The effective rate was 90.0％,90.0％ and 95.5％ respectively in the treatment group in chest tightness,palpitation and fatigue.The effective rates of chest tightness,palpitations and fatigue were 57.1％,65.4％ and 65.2％ in the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The electrocardiogram of the treatment group was improved,with the effective rate being 80.8％ and that of the control group being 50.0％.The difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Yixin Kangtai Capsule can effectively relief the damage of patients with chemotherapy and improve the quality of life of patients.
