养心汤加减联合草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗抑郁症临床研究

目的:观察养心汤加减联合草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗抑郁症的临床疗效,及其对心理状态、副反应量表(treatment emergent symptom scale,TESS)评分的影响。方法:84例抑郁症患者按照随机数字平均表分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予草酸艾司西酞普兰片,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予养心汤加减治疗,两组疗程均为8周。治疗后,比较两组临床疗效、心理状态、TESS评分及生活质量。结果:治疗后,观察组有效率为97.62%,对照组有效率为76.19%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。观察组汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分为(6.50±2.01)分,对照组为(8.95±2.40)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组社会功能、生理功能、角色限制、总体健康等各项评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。观察组不良反应率为2.38%,对照组为19.05%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:养心汤加减联合草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗抑郁症临床疗效显著。

Clinical Research of Yangxin Tang Combined with Escitalopram in the Treatment of Depression

Objective:To investigate Yangxin Tang combined with escitalopram in the treatment of depression,and its effect on the psychological state,the treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS).Methods:84 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with escitalopram and the treatment group was given escitalopram combined Yangxin Tang.Two groups were treated for eight weeks.Observed the clinical outcomes,psychological states,TESS scores and quality of life after the end of the treatment period.Results:①)The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.62％,significantly higher than 76.19％ of control group,there was statistically significant difference between two groups (P ＜ 0.01).②)Comparison of the scores of Hamilton depressive scale (HAMD),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).③)The social function,physiological function,role restriction and overall health of the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.01).④)The total adverse reaction rate of treatment group was 2.38％,significantly higher than 19.05％ of control group,there was statistically significant difference between two groups(P ＜ 0.01) Conclusion:Yangxin Tang combined with escitalopram in treatment of depression has significant effect.
