温法治疗痤疮撮要

痤疮的病因病机是人体汗出后受到风、寒、湿等邪气的侵袭,导致腠理闭塞,玄府不通,阳气郁滞,气化失司,久之痰湿、瘀血、郁火等病理产物内生,痰瘀相互胶着,阳气内郁于上焦,形成痤疮结节或囊肿。治疗上要从根本入手,该温则温,该补则补,熟练掌握温热药的种类、用量、配伍及病机虚实,活用辛温发散法、温补气血法、温阳潜纳法,达到平衡机体阴阳及治愈疾病的目的。

Discussion of Treating Acne with Warming Method

The etiology and pathogenesis of acne lie in that,the ingression of pathogenic factors such as wind,cold and dampness into human body after sweating causes blocked sweat pores,depression of Yang Qi and uncontrolled Qi transformation.Over time,pathological products such as phlegm dampness,blood stasis and stagnant fire take form inside human body.The intermingled phlegm and blood stasis,and the stagnation of Yang Qi at the upper warmer cause acne tubercles or cysts.The fundamental treatment should be to warm and nourish body etiologically.The doctor should have a full understanding of the categories,dosages and compatibility of the drugs of warm-heat nature and the pathogenesis of deficiency and excess,and make use of methods of pungentwarm diaphoretics,warming and nourishing Qi and blood,warming Yang and subsiding method,so as to balance the body's Yin and Yang and cure the disease.
