周立华教授治疗冠心病心绞痛痰瘀互结证经验

Clinical Experience of Professor Zhou Lihua in the Treatment of Syndromes of Turbid Phlegm and Blood Stasis Type of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

In discriminating and treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (CHD),Professor Zhou Lihua stresses the " syndrome of turbid phlegm and blood stasis",and attaches importance to the critical effects of phlegm,stasis and phlegm stagnation in their pathopoiesis.He believes that,the angina pectoris in CHD can stay for a long period,and it's complicated and extremely dangerous in attack.Such a severe and lingering illness will not be cured unless treated with potent drugs.Professor Zhou usually employs drugs that can resolve phlegm and remove blood stasis.At the beginning of the illness,the treatment shall be focused on eliminating evil,assisted by strengthening body resistance;in the middle period,emphasis shall be laid to both evil elimination and body resistance strengthening;in the later period,the treatment shall focus on strengthening body resistance,with eliminating evil as the assistance.Moreover,Professor Zhou is skilled in treating the illness by employing drug groups and medicine suits,and he follows the illness mechanism strictly,so that the illness will be treated in a relatively short time.
