中医药改善辐射诱发免疫功能损伤研究述评

中医药在抗辐射、调节免疫功能方面具有重要的意义,单味中药有黄芪、人参、当归、西洋参、雪莲、红景天、五味子、灵芝、沙棘、牛膝、枸杞;中药复方有四物汤、补阳还五汤、生脉注射液、八珍汤等。除此之外,研究还发现芦荟、蚯蚓、鳖甲、沙苑子、乌头、猪苓等中药都具有促进辐射引起的免疫功能损伤恢复的作用。虽然,目前研究发现抗辐射的中药种类很多,但大多数研究只是单味中药的某一成分,而这些单一成分也全都是混合物,没有具体的化学机构;而单味中药的其他成分以及各成分之间有没有协同作用研究较少;同时中医药抗辐射引起免疫功能低下的机制相关研究较少。所以在下一步的研究中应尽量找出中药成分中发生抗辐射的具体分子机构,并寻找中医药抗辐射损伤的具体机制,并进一步应用中医辨证组方的原则探讨各个药物的不同成分之间的协同作用等。

Study Review of Effect of TCM Treatment on Radiation-induced Immune Function Injury

Traditional Chinese medicine has important significance in anti-radiation and regulating immune function.Herbs such as astragalus,ginseng,angelica,American ginseng,snow lotus,Rhodiola,Schisandra,Ganoderma lucidum,sea buckthorn,Achyranthes bidentata,wolfberry and chinese medicine compound such as Si Wu Decoction,Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction,Shengmai injection,Bazhen Decoction are commonly used in treatment of radiation-induced immune function.In addition,the study also found that aloe vera,earthworms,turtle shell,Astragalus complanatus,aconite,Polyporus and other traditional Chinese medicine promote the recovery of radiation-induced immune function.Although the current study found that many types of anti-radiation Chinese medicine,but most of the study is only a single component of traditional Chinese medicine,without specific chemical institutions.There are few studies on the synergistic effect of various herbs and the mechanism of anti-radiation caused by immune function.Therefore,in the next step of the study we should try to find out the specific components of Chinese medicine in the anti-radiation molecular mechanism,and to find the specific mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine anti-radiation injury,and further explore the synergistic effect of various herbs under the guide of TCM syndrome differentiation,to provide more useful ideas for safety and effective application in clinical.
