透灸法治疗肩关节周围炎临床研究

目的:观察透灸法治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法:选择82例肩关节周围炎患者,随机分为对照组与治疗组,对照组采用温针灸,治疗组采用针刺结合透灸法。两组治疗结束后对总体临床疗效、视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、Melle评分进行比较。结果:对照组有效率87.8%,治疗组有效率97.5%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组治疗后VAS评分、Melle评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:针刺结合透灸法可明显改善肩关节周围炎患者的临床症状,对于缓解疼痛以及恢复肩关节功能活动方面优于温针灸疗法,效果肯定。

Clinical Study of Penetrating Moxibustion in Treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of penetrating moxibustion in treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis.Methods:82 cases of patients with Scapulohumeral Periarthritis were randomly divided into warming moxibustion group (control group) and penetrating moxibustion group (treatment group).The total clinical efficacy,VAS score and Melle score of both groups after treatment were evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 87.8％ and that of the treatment group was 97.5％.There was a significant diffienence between two groups of curative effect(P ＜ 0.05).The differences of the VAS score and Melle score of both groups were also statistically significant after treatment (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Penetrating moxibustion can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with Scapulohumeral Periarthritis with satisfying curative effect,which is better than that of the warming moxibustion in relieving pain and recovering functional activities of shoulder joint.
