脱发部位的经络辨证关系探微

人体是一个有机的整体,头部与手足三阳经、手足三阴经、督脉、冲脉、十二皮部关系密切,人体的经气通过经脉、经别、皮部等集中于头面部。因此,毛发润泽、枯槁、脱落与否和头部经气有密切关系,经络循行部位的脱发能够不同程度地反应相关脏腑的生理功能和病理变化。脱发部位不同,其病机不同,所属的脏腑、经络也不同。因此,临床上应重视脱发与脏腑、经络的关系,更好地指导临床治疗。

Discussion on the Relationship Between Alopecia Area and Meridian Differentiation

The human body is an organic integrity.One's head is closely related to his three-Yang meridians of the hand and foot,three-Yin meridians of the hand and foot,Du channel,Chong channel and the twelve skin areas;human's meridian-Qi join together in the head through meridians,meridian branches and skin areas.Hence,whether one's hairs are smooth,withered or lost has close relationship with the meridian-Qi in the head,and the hair losses at different areas where meridians pass reflect different physiological and pathological changes of Zangfu organs to an extent.Alopecia at different areas are caused by different pathogenesis,which belongs to different Zangfu organs and meridians.Therefore,the relationships between hair loss and Zangfu organs and meridians shall be paid mnuch importance to in clinical practices,so that there would be better guidance to clinical treatment.
