运用“阴火论”治疗慢性湿疹理论探析

李东垣的"阴火"理论贯穿于慢性湿疹发生发展的始终。"阴火"的本质为一种致病性的内伤之火,其成因与饮食失节、劳倦过度、情志不调损伤脾胃,人体气机升降失常息息相关。脾胃元气亏虚,运化失常,清阳不升,浊阴不降,"阴火"内生,与湿热相搏结,流注脏腑、肌肤及毛窍是慢性湿疹产生及病变之关键。治疗应标本同治,攻补兼施,以补脾胃、泻阴火、升阳气为主,同时兼以疏肝理气、活血通络等方法,可为临床治疗本病提供新的思路。

Discussion on Treatment of Chronic Eczema from Perspective of "Yin Fire Theory"

Li Dongyuan's "Yin Fire Theory" can be used in treatment of of chronic eczema."Yin Fire",by nature,means a pathogenic internal Fire,which is caused eating disorders,overwork,emotional disorder due to which the functions of Spleen,Stomach and the Qi movements are injured.When there is Spleen and stomach Yuan Qi deficiency and transport disorder,Qing Qi does not rise and Zhuo Yin does not fall.Hence,human's " Yin Fire" is produced and exists with another pathogenic condition called Dampness and Heat.Both of them then flow into organs,skin and Sweat pore and at last become the key factor of chronic eczema.Treatment should be the addressing of both the symptoms and root causes with a combination approach of attacking and complementation.Besides,tonifying Spleen and stomach,discharging Yin fire,soothing and regulating Liver Qi and other methods can be the creative clinical treatment approach in treatment of the disease.
