化瘀明目合剂治疗阴虚血瘀型非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变临床研究

目的:观察化瘀明目合剂治疗非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy,NPDR)的临床疗效。方法:60例(119眼)NPDR患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组30例(60眼)给予羟苯磺酸钙胶囊(昊畅)口服,观察组30例(59眼)给予化瘀明目合剂口服,两组疗程均为12周。治疗后比较两组视力和眼底病变的疗效、治疗前后两组患者空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、血液流变学水平。结果:治疗后,对照组视力显效2眼,有效36眼,无效16眼,恶化6眼;观察组视力显效6眼,有效48眼,无效4眼,恶化1眼;两组疗效等级分布比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。对照组眼底改变显效2眼,有效36眼,无效18眼,恶化4眼;观察组眼底改变显效6眼,有效48眼,无效4眼,恶化4眼;两组疗效等级分布,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组患者治疗后血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油水平均较治疗前显著降低(P0.01)。治疗后观察组全血黏度低切与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.042,P0.05);治疗后观察组血浆黏度值与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.035,P0.05)。结论:化瘀明目合剂对NPDR患者提高视力、改善眼底具有明显疗效,并且可降低该类患者血脂、血浆黏度。

Clinical Study of Hua Yu Ming Mu Mixture in Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy with Yin Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Hua Yu Ming Mu Mixture in treatment of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR).Methods:Sixty patients(119 eyes) with NPDR were randomly divided into control group and observation group.In the control group,30 cases(60 eyes) were given oral administration of calcium benzenesulfonate capsules(Huochang).The observation group(30 cases with 59 eyes) received oral administration of Huayu Mingmu mixture.The two groups were treated for 12 weeks.After treatment,the curative effect of two groups of eyesight and fundus lesions was compared.The levels of fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipid and hemorheology were measured before and after treatment.Resuhs:Mter treatment,the visual acuity of the control group was the followings:significant cured 2 eyes,effective 36 eyes,ineffective 16 eyes and worsened 6 eyes.The visual acuity of the observation group was the followings:significant cured 6 eyes,effective 48 eyes,ineffective 4 eyes,deteriorated 1 eye.The distribution of the effect grade was statistically significant between the both groups(P ＜ 0.05).The fundus change of the control group was the followings:significant cured 2 eyes,effective 36 eyes,ineffective 18 eyes and deteriorated 4 eyes.The fundus change of the observation group was the followings:significant cured 6 eyes,effective 48 eyes,ineffecrive 4 eyes and deteriorated 4 eyes.The distribution of the clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The levels of serum total cholesterol and triglyceride in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P ＜ 0.01).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant in the whole blood viscosity low cut(P =0.042,P ＜ 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups in plasma viscosity values (P =0.035,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Hua Yu Ming Mu Mixture can improve the visual acuity and improve the fundus of patients with NPDR,and can reduce the blood lipid and plasma viscosity of patients with NPDR.
