建立艾滋病病证结合模式疗效评价指标体系涉及的问题与对策

艾滋病病证结合模式疗效评价指标体系的构建包括前期探索、初步构架、完善成熟等环节,在这一体系建立过程中存在以下问题:完全套用西医标准导致中医特色及优势弱化流失;中医特色性疗效指标的设立不够科学规范;专家组中医化,不能充分捕捉到中西医的共性认识;研究方法受中医思维影响,缺乏科学性严谨性。针对这些问题,进行相应的对策研究,对形成更加科学、合理、完善、规范并凸显中医特色及优势的艾滋病病证结合模式疗效评价指标体系至关重要。

Research on the Issues and Countermeasures in Establishing the Evaluation Index System of HIV/AIDS Combined Syndrome

Through the construction process of preliminary exploration,initial architecture,consummate mature of the evaluation system of HIV/AIDS combined syndrome,summarize some problems involved in the establishment of evaluation index system:Chinese characteristics and advantages are weakening by fully applied western standards;the establishment of Chinese characteristics of efficacy indicators is not enough specification;expert group of Chinese medicine can not fully capture the common understanding of Chinese and Western medicine;research methods affected by the cogitation of traditional Chinese lack of scientific rigor;to deal with these problems,conduct on corresponding thinking to the countermeasures,promoting form the evaluation system of HIV/AIDS combined syndrome with the characteristics and advantages of more scientific,more standardized,more prominent.
