苓桂术甘汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床研究

目的:观察苓桂术甘汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选择168例不稳定型心绞痛患者作为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组84例。两组均给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上联合苓桂术甘汤治疗,治疗后评价临床疗效,比较两组患者血液流变学指标、血管内皮功能指标、血清白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)及核因子Kappa B(nuclear factor-κB,NF-κB)水平变化情况。结果:观察组有效率为92.86%,对照组有效率为80.95%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后两组患者各项血液流变学指标均显著改善(P0.01),观察组较对照组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。观察组治疗后各项血管内皮功能指标较对照组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。观察组血清IL-6、NF-κB水平显著下降,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:苓桂术甘汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效明显,可有效改善患者的血液流变学及血管内皮功能指标、减轻免疫炎症损伤。

Clinical Research on Lingguizhugan Decoction in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Lingguizhugan Decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods:168 patients with unstable angina pectoris were selected and randomly divided into two groups,84 cases in each group.The two groups of patients were given conventional treatment,on the basis of which,the observation group was combined with Lingguizhugan Decoction and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated.And the changes on blood rheology,vascular endothelial function,serum IL-6 level,and the change of NF-κB level of the two groups before and after the treatment were compared.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 92.86％,which was significantly higher than 80.95 ％ of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the blood rheology indexes of the two groups all significantly improved (P ＜ 0.01),and the improvement in the observation group was more obvious (P ＜ 0.01).Compared with that of the control group,the blood vessel endothelial function indexes of the observation group were significantly better (P ＜ 0.01).The serum levels of IL-6 and NF-κB in the observation group were significantly decreased,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:Lingguizhugan Decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris has significant effect,which can effectivelv improve the hemorheology and vascular endothelial function,reduce inflammatory injury.
