肺癌放射性肺损伤患者生存质量与动脉血氧分压、C反应蛋白及转化生长因子-β_1关系研究

摘    要:目的:研究肺癌放射性肺损伤患者的生存质量、客观指标及两者之间的关系。方法:将40例肺癌放射性肺损伤的患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例。两组均行常规治疗,治疗组同时给予增液解毒颗粒口服。观察两组患者的生存质量及动脉血氧分压(partial pressure of oxygen,PaO_2)、C反应蛋白(C-reaction protein,CRP)、转化生长因子-β_1(transforming growth factor-β_1,TGF-β_1)等指标的变化情况,分析两者之间的关系。结果:两组患者治疗前的生存质量评分及PaO_2、CRP、TGF-β_1水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,与对照组相比,治疗组患者的生存质量评分为(94.35±5.89)分,PaO_2为(69.89±5.47)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kP a),CRP为(8.95±6.95)mg·L~(-1),TGF-β_1为(5.79±2.5)μg·L~(-1),对照组患者的生存质量评分为(85.65±3.45)分,PaO_2为(59.63±6.73)mm Hg,CRP为(18.46±11.56)mg·L~(-1),TGF-β_1为(8.67±5.62)μg·L~(-1),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);且治疗组生存质量评分与PaO_2水平有显著相关性。结论:增液解毒颗粒可改善放射性肺损伤患者的生存质量,且生存质量评分与PaO_2呈正相关。

Abstract:Objective:To study the quality of life and objective indicators and the relationship between them in the lung cancer patients with radiation-induced pulmonary injury.Methods:Forty lung cancer patients with radiation-induced pulmonary injury were randomly divided into two groups,20 cases were treated only by the conventional treatment (control group),another 20 cases were treated with Zengye Jiedu granule based on conventional therapy (treatment group).Observed the variation of the quality of life and arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),the C-reactive protein(CRP) levels,transforming growth factor Beta-1 (TGF-β1) in the two groups,and analyzed the relationship of them.Results:There was no significant difference on the score of quality of life,PaO2,CRP and TGF-β1 in the two groups compared with before treatment.After treatment,the score of quality of life of the treatment group was (94.35 ± 5.89) points,PaO2 was (69.89 ± 5.47) mm Hg,CRP was (8.95 ± 6.95) mg · L-1,TGF-β1 was (5.79 ± 2.5) μg · L-1.In the control group,the score of quality of life was (85.65 ± 3.45) points,PaO2 was (59.63 ± 6.73) mm Hg,CRP was(18.46 ± 11.56) mg· L-1,TGF-β1 was(8.67 ± 5.62) μg · L-1.Compared with the control group,the treatment group had significant improvement(P < 0.05);and there was a significant correlation between the score of quality of life and PaO2 in the treatment group.Conclusion:Zengye Jiedu granule can improve the quality of life of patients with radiation-induced pulmonary injury,and the score of quality of life is positive correlation with the PaO2.
