| 摘 要： | 失眠与卫气营血失衡、五脏失调、阴阳跷脉失交有关。卫气为阳,营血为阴,五脏亦可分阴阳。卫气营血、五脏功能失调,阴阳跷脉不能交通,则阴阳升降失常,阳盛阴衰,阴阳失交,引起失眠。临床治疗应在调和阴阳的基础上,具体的病症具体分析,灵活选用治法。

| Abstract: | There is relationship between insomnia and Wei-Qi-Ying-Blood unbalance,the viscera function disorder,Yinyang Qiao mai lost cross.Wei-Qi is Yang,Ying-Blood is Yin,Five-Zang organs can be divided into Yin and Yang.The imbalance of Wei-QiYing-Blood and Five-Zang organs,Yin and Yang Qiaomai cannot interact,then the abnormal movements of Yin and Yang,Yang more and Yin less,Yin and Yang lose cross,that cause insomnia.The clinical treatment should be based on Yin and Yang,specific analysis of specific diseases,flexible therapy methods are chosen. |
