消风散加减治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症临床观察

目的:观察消风散加减治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法:选取57例糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症患者,予以常规护理及基础治疗,同时均予以消风散口服。治疗后对瘙痒程度、面积、频率、持续时间、抓痕结痂等情况进行观察,按照规定的方法评分,评价临床疗效;治疗结束3个月后随访,观察复发率。结果:治疗后,痊愈11例,显效29例,有效14例,无效3例,有效率94.7%;治疗结束3个月后随访,复发率7.5%。结论:消风散具有较强的凉血祛风作用,用于治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症疗效显著,有较好的临床应用前景。

Clinical Observation of Modified Xiaofeng Powder in Treatment of Diabetic Skin Pruritus

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Xiaofeng Powder in treatment of diabetic skin pruritus.Methods:57 cases of diabetic skin pruritus were selected and routine nursing as well as basic treatment were given.At the same time,Xiaofeng Powder was used orally in treatment.After treatment,the degree of itching,itching area,itching frequency,itching duration as well as conditions of scratches and scabs were observed according to the prescribed method,and the clinical curative effect was evalua ted.The recurrence rate was observed after 3 months of treatment.Results:After treatment,11 cases were cured,29 cases were effectively relieved,14 cases were effective relieved to certain degree,and 3 cases were ineffective.The effective rate was 94.7％.After 3 months of treatment,the recurrence rate was 7.5 ％.Conclusion:Xiaofeng Powder has a strong effect of clearing blood Heat and dispelling Wind.It is significantly effective in treatment of diabetic skin pruritus with good clinical prospects.
