The main causes of IgA nephropathy of internal and external causes,involving organs except common kidney,heart,still involve the lungs,liver;pathological factors mainly heat evil,it is divided into excess heat and deficiency heat,and the pathological factors throughout the pathogenesis of the disease.Therefore,the pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy can be summed up as "two aspects,four viscera,a mainline".Through the study of this theoretical framework,we can understand the disease more comprehensively,and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
