艾灸神阙、关元穴联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

目的:探讨艾灸神阙穴和关元穴联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各60例。两组均采用推拿和艾灸方法治疗。治疗组取穴:神阙、关元、肾俞、大肠俞;对照组取穴:肾俞穴、大肠俞。比较两组患者治疗前后日本骨科协会下腰痛评价量表(japanese orthopaedic association scores,JOA)评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)及临床疗效。结果:对照组有效率80.0%,治疗组有效率90.0%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。对照组VAS评分(2.96±0.29)分,JOA评分(23.9±1.2)分;治疗组VAS评分(1.99±0.15)分,JOA评分(29.2±1.1)分。两组患者VAS评分、JOA评分治疗前后比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),且治疗组显著优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:艾灸神阙、关元联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效显著,避免了患者艾灸时俯卧位的不适感。

Clinical Study of moxibustion on Shenque and Guanyuan Combined with Tuina Manipulation in Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of moxibustion on Guanyuan and Shenque combined with Tuina manipulation on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with massage and moxibustion.The acupoints used in the treatment group were:Shenque,Guan Yuan,Shen Shu and Large intestine Shu;the acupoints used in the control group were:Shen Shu points and Large intestine Shu.The VAS and JOA scores were compared and the clinical efficacies of the both groups were examined after treatment.Results:The VAS and JOA scores and the clinical efficacies of the both groups significantly different (P ＜ 0.05),with that of the observation group being better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Moxibustion Shenque and Guan Yuan combined with Tuina manipulation in treatment of lumbar disc herniation is significant,which also can avoid patients' discomfort due to the prone position in moxibustion.Conclusion:Moxibustion on Guanyuan and Shenque combined with Tuina manipulation in treating for lumbar disc herniation can significantly improve the clinical curative effect and avoid the discomfort of patients in moxibustion,which has great clinical value.
