中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床研究

目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法:54慢性肾功能衰竭非透析患者随机平均分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予尿毒清颗粒和结肠透析。比较两组患者临床疗效、肾功能、炎症因子水平。结果:观察组治愈4例,显效15例,有效6例,有效率为92.6%,显著高于对照组(P0.05)。治疗后观察组超敏C反应蛋白(5.1±0.5)mg·L~(-1)、白细胞介素-6(67.9±20.4)pg·L~(-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(49.5±12.5)pg·L~(-1)、血肌酐(342.5±90.4)μmol·L~(-1)、内生肌酐清除率(25.9±6.0)m L·min-1、血尿素氮(18.2±4.4)mmol·L~(-1)、24小时尿蛋白定量(2 430.2±1 055.3)mg、血红蛋白(105.2±12.2)g·L~(-1)、尿酸(397.3±80.4)μmol·L~(-1)、尿钙(2.6±1.1)mmol·L~(-1)、尿磷(1.3±0.1)mmol·L~(-1),均优于本组治疗前,同时优于对照组同期治疗后(P0.05)。结论:尿毒清颗粒联合结肠透析治疗可有效改善慢性肾功能衰竭非透析患者各项炎性指标,延缓肾功能衰竭进展、保护肾脏功能,临床疗效显著。

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods:54 patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given Niaoduqing granules and colon dialysis on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,renal function and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,4 cases were cured,15 cases were markedly improved,6 cases were effective,and the effective rate 92.6％ was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,in the observation group,high sensitivity C reactive protein was (5.1 ± 0.5) mg · L-1,interleukin-6 was (67.9 ± 20.4) pg · L-1,tumor necrosis factor alpha was (49.5 ± 12.5) pg · L-1,serum creatinine was (342.5 ± 90.4) μmol · L-1,creatinine clearance rate was (25.9 ± 6.0) mL · min-1,blood urea nitrogen was (18.2 ± 4.4) mmol · L-1,24-hour urine protein was (2 430.2 ± 1 055.3)mg,hemoglobin was (105.2 ± 12.2) g · L-1,uric acid was (397.3 ± 80.4) μmol · L-1,urinary calcium was (2.6 ± 1.1) mmol · L-1,urine phosphorus was (1.3 ± 0.1) rnmol · L-1,which were better than those of the group before treatment,while better than the control group during the same period after treatment (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Niaoduqing particles combined with colon dialysis therapy can effectively improve the inflammatory index of chronic renal failure in non dialysis patients,delay the progression of renal failure,protect renal function,and the clinical curative effect is remarkable.
