温阳法治疗高血压病研究进展

阳虚证属于高血压病的重要证型之一,治疗上多以温阳法为主,但久病多致脏腑虚损,或病久入络,水瘀互结,故临证应当根据病情多脏并治,并配伍利湿、活血通络等品,同时注意顾护阴液。简而言之,即从以下几个方面进行:(1)从脏入手,温阳补脏;(2)旨在温阳,气血随治;(3)阴阳论治,兼施滋潜。

Research Progress of Warming Yang Method in Treatment of Hypertension

Yang deficiency is one the major syndromes of hypertension.The main treatment method is to warm the Yang.However,the lingering disease mostly causes the deficiency of Zang and Fu organs;otherwise,the disease involves collaterals and causes mutual stasis of water and blood.Therefore,clinically the treatment of multiple Zang organs should be cured simultaneously,matched with medicines which remove dampness,promote blood circulation and relax the collaterals;meanwhile,Yin fluid is also taken into consideration.Briefly speaking,the treatment should be proceed with the following aspects:a.start from Zang organs,warm the Yang and invigorate Zang organs;b,with the aim at warming the Yang,Qi and blood circulation are cured accordingly;c.treat the disease according to the theory of Yin-Yang and nourish-subside method simultaneously.
