丁樱教授从湿热伏邪解析过敏性紫癜病因病机

丁樱教授认为,湿热伏邪是小儿过敏性紫癜重要的病因之一。湿热病邪潜伏机体,形成本病的"夙根"。同时湿热伏邪易与风热、瘀血等相兼夹,加之湿热困阻日久,损及气阴,最终导致本病的反复与缠绵。所以,为预防本病的反复,急性期应注意清热化湿、疏风凉血;缓解期应加强健脾祛湿,活血滋阴。中医药治疗过敏性紫癜能够有效缩短病程,减少复发,治疗时不应忽视湿热伏邪的存在,在清热凉血、活血化瘀的同时应注意祛除三焦湿热邪气。
