摘    要:目的:探讨中医药治疗肺癌晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:选择非小细胞肺癌患者52例,在辨证治疗的基础上予以辨病治疗及对症治疗,观察治疗后患者临床疗效、生存质量评分、临床症状改善情况、中位生存期、无疾病进展期及一年生存率。结果:中医辨证治疗对患者的瘤体稳定有一定作用,辨证分型中,气阴两虚证占多数,而且针对气阴两虚证治疗的有效率较高,存在优势。随着年龄增加,疗效有增加的趋势。卡氏评分越高者临床疗效越好,且长期应用中医药治疗可以稳定甚至提高卡氏评分。治疗后患者临床症状改善明显,中医药干预的患者生存时间延长,且与干预时间呈正相关。结论:中医药在恶性肿瘤治疗中有其特有的地位,已成为肿瘤综合治疗中的重要组成部分。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of advanced Non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:Fifty-two patients with Non-small cell lung cancer were treated with disease differentiation method and symptom treatment method based on syndrome differentiation.The clinical efficacy,patients' quality of life score,the improvement of clinical symptoms,median survival time,tumor progression period and one-year survival rate were analyzed.Resuhs:TCM syndrome differentiation had a certain effect on stability of patient's tumor.There was a great advantage in the treatment based on Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome,which accounted for the majority in patients' syndrome differentiation.The efficacy has an increasing trend with age.The higher the Karnofski score,the better the clinical efficacy.Long-term use of Chinese medicine can stabilize or even improve the score.After treatment,the clinical symptoms of patients were improved significantly,and patients have prolonged survival time with Chinese medicine,which is positively correlated to the intervention time.Conclusion:Chinese medicine has unique efficacy and has become an important practice in treatment of malignant tumor.
