朱良春教授益肾蠲痹法治疗风湿病经验

"益肾蠲痹法"是我国首批国医大师朱良春先生在继承先师章次公学术经验的基础上,结合70余年临床经验总结而成的一种治疗方法,在风湿病的治疗方面具有独特的优势。朱良春教授在长期的诊疗过程中,不断完善这一治痹理论,逐步形成了以辨病与辨证相结合为指导,以虫类药与草木药配伍为基础,并针对肢体疼痛、肿胀、僵直拘挛三大主症,以"益肾壮督治其本,蠲痹通络治其标"为大法,融理、法、方、药于一体,内治、外治于一炉的特色诊疗技术。朱良春教授应用"益肾蠲痹法"为主治疗风湿病,为临证治疗疑难风湿病提供了新的思路。

Professor Zhu Liangchun's Experience in Treating for Rheumatism by Benefiting Kidney and Clearing Obstruction

The method of Benefiting Kidney and clearing obstruction has unique advantages in the treatment of rheumatic disease,which formed by China's first batch of Chinese Medicine Master Mr.Zhu Liangchun,based on clinical experience more than 70 years and inheritance form Zhang CiGong.Under the guidance of combined disease and syndrome differentiation,Professor Zhu Liangchun has improved his theory continuously in long period of clinical practice,with compatibility of insect drugs and plant medicine as the foundation.In treatment of rheumatism,benefiting Kidney and Du meridian at root of disease,clearing obstruction to dredge collaterals of treetop aspect,so that to treat limb pain,swelling and stiffness spasm.The characteristic diagnosis and treatment has combined principle-method-formula-medicinal,from interior and exterior.The application of " benefiting Kidney and clearing obstruction method" provides a new idea for our clinical practice on treatment of difficult rheumatism.
