磁珠耳压法治疗糖尿病失眠症临床研究

目的:观察磁珠耳压法治疗糖尿病失眠症的临床疗效。方法:70例糖尿病失眠症患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各35例。观察组给予耳穴压磁珠疗法,对照组给予舒乐安定,两组均治疗1个月。比较两组治疗后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)量表评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗前两组PSQI量表总分及各项评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后两组PSQI总分、睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍评分均降低,与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组治疗后各项评分与对照组比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组有效率84.8%,对照组有效率为71.9%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:磁珠耳压法治疗糖尿病失眠症临床疗效显著。

Clinical Study of Ear Acupressing with Magnetic Beads in Treatment of Insomnia in Patients with Diabetes

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of ear acupressing with magnetic beads in treatment of diabetes patients with insomnia.Methods:70 diabetes patients with insomnia were divided into treatment group and control group randomly.There were 35 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with ear acupressing of magnetic beads.The patients in control group were treated with Estazolam.The treatment lasted 1 month.The PSQI and efficacy of both groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:Before treatment,the differences of PSQI and general information between two groups were not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05).After treatment,the aggregate score of PSQI,sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,daytime dysfunction of both groups were significantly decreased (P ＜ 0.05).All the differences between two groups after treatment were statistically significant (P ＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was 84.8％,and the total effective rate of control group was 71.9％,the difference between which was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Ear acupressing with magnetic beads in treatment of diabetes patients with insomnia has significant clinical efficacy.
