《黄帝内经》梦象理论在神志病中的应用

"《黄帝内经》梦象理论"是中医学象思维的一个代表。《黄帝内经》关于梦的理论以人体生理病理为基拙,开辟了人类对于梦的认识和研究的新途径,所确立的中医梦象理论,,在当代依然具有临证意义。笔者通过对《黄帝内经》梦象理论十数载的研究与实践,探索出梦象辨治在中医神志疾病领域诊疗过程中释梦治病、辨梦辅治和判断疗效3个重要作用。相信随着实践的不断加深,可以得到更多的体会与感悟,梦象辨治的应用或将不局限于神志病范畴。

Dream-Image Theory based on Huangdi Neijing Applied to Mental Disease of Chinese Medicine

"Huangdi Neijing dream-image theory" as a representative of images thinking in the traditional Chinese medicine,with human physiology and pathology as the foundation,has opened up a new way for human to understand and study the dream,and still has the clinical meaning in the contemporary.Based on the ten years of research and practice,the author has explored three important role of the theory on the treatment of mental disease in TCM,including explaining the dream to cure,differentiation dream adjuvant treatment and evaluating the therapeutic effect.With the deepening of practice,we can get more experience and insights,the use of dream-image syndrome differentiation and treatment will not be limited to the scope of mental diseases.
