活血解毒汤治疗急性心肌梗死临床研究

目的:观察活血解毒汤治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效。方法:选取200例急性心肌梗死患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用活血解毒汤治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效、心血管不良事件发生情况及死亡率。结果:观察组患者的呼吸困难发生率(30.0%)显著低于对照组(55.0%);尿量显著多于对照组(P0.05);观察组左心室功能(50.0±9.5)%、Barthel评分(86.3±6.8)分,均显著高于对照组(40.3±8.3)%、(61.8±8.6)分;观察组心血管不良事件发生率10.0%、心源性死亡率0.0%均显著低于对照组22.0%、7.0%。观察组有效率(98.0%)明显高于对照组(82.0%)。观察组患者躯体角色功能、情绪角色功能、躯体健康、躯体疼痛、社会功能、心理健康、活力评分改善程度明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:活血解毒汤治疗急性心肌梗死的临床效果显著,能够有效改善患者的呼吸困难症状,减少心血管不良事件发生率。

Clinical Study on Huoxue Jiedu Decoction in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Huoxue Jiedu decoction in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:200 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction as the research object,and were randomly divided into the observation group (n =100) and the control group (n =100).The control group was given routine western medicine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine Huoxue Jiedu decoction based on the control group.Observed clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients,the incidence of adverse cardiovascular time and mor tality.Results:After treatment,the observation group of patients with dyspnea incidence (30.0％) was significantly lower than the control group (55.0％),urine volume significantly more than the control group (P ＜ 0.05),the observation group LVEF (50.0 ± 9.5) ％,Barthel score (86.3 ± 6.8) points were significantly higher than control group (40.3 ± 8.3) ％,(61.8 ± 8.6) points.The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group (10.0％),cardiogenic mortality (0.0％) were significantly lower than the control group 22.0％,7.0％.The clinical efficiency of the observation group (98.0％) was significantly higher than the control group (82.0％),followed up for 3 months as a result,the observation group of patients body role function,emotional role function,the body health,body pain,social function,mental health,vigor score improved significantly better than the control group,two groups had statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Jiedu decoction in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction has remarkable clinical effect,which can effectively improve the patient's breathing difficulties,reduce the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events.
