恶性肿瘤癌性疼痛患者中医辨证分型初探

目的:分析恶性肿瘤癌性疼痛患者的中医证候特点,对其中医证型分布特征进行初步探索。方法:纳入恶性肿瘤癌性疼痛患者100例,收集患者的临床症状,应用因子分析、聚类分析等统计学方法,对各类中医证候进行提取与判识,并确定其证型。结果:恶性肿瘤癌性疼痛患者中医证型可分为6类,其中气血亏虚证最为常见,肺气亏虚证次之,阴虚内热证、肝郁气滞证、瘀血内阻证、脾肾亏虚证再次之。结论:恶性肿瘤癌性疼痛患者的基本中医证型与中医传统理论"不荣则痛,不通则痛"相吻合。

TCM Syndrome Differentiation Study of Patients' Pain Due to Malignant Tumor

Objective:To analyze the characteristics of TCM syndromes in patients' pain due to malignant tumor,and to explore the distribution characteristics of these TCM syndromes.Methods:100 patients with cancerous cancer were randomly divided into two groups.The clinical symptoms of them were collected and analyzed with factor analysis and cluster analysis method,during which process the TCM syndromes were extracted and identified,and the syndromes were determined.Results:The TCM syndromes of patients with malignant cancer pain can be divided into 6 categories,in which the most common one was Qi and Blood Deficiency Syndrome,followed by Lung Qi Deficiency Syndrome,Yin Deficiency and Internal Heat Syndrome,Liver Qi Stagnation Syndrome,Blood Stasis Syndrome as well as Spleen and Kidney Deficiency Syndrome.Conclusion:The basic TCM syndromes of patients with malignant cancer are consistent with the general law in traditional Chinese medicine theory of " Pain exists either due to Qi and Blood deficiency or Qi and Blood Stasis".
