| 摘 要： | 宫内感染是导致早产儿脑室周围白质软化症的重要因素,其发病机制主要与胶质细胞损伤、炎性反应、血管因素、神经损伤的修复和功能重组障碍、内源性保护机制不完善等因素密切相关。中医学认为"血瘀"是宫内感染所致早产儿脑室周围白质软化的主要病机,因此临床多采用活血化瘀法进行治疗。

| Abstract: | Intrauterine infection is the important factor that causes periventricular leukomalacia,the pathogenesis is closely correlated to Glial cell injury,inflammatory response,vascular factors,repair of nerve injury and functional reorganization disorder,imperfect endogenous protection mechanism.It is believed in TCM that blood-stasis plays an important role in periventricular leukomalacia induced by intrauterine infection.Therefore,activating blood and resolving stasis were commonly used in treatment. |
