中药酊剂蜡疗法对痉挛性脑瘫大鼠NOS、NO的影响

摘    要:目的:观察中药酊剂蜡疗法对痉挛性脑瘫大鼠模型一氧化氮合酶(nitric oxide synthase,NOS)、NO的影响。方法:将实验大鼠分为5组,分别为空白组、模型组、中药酊剂组、蜡疗组、中药酊剂蜡疗组,分别给予不同方法干预。采用分光光度法检测血清及脑组织中NOS活力及NO含量。结果:中药酊剂组、蜡疗组、中药酊剂蜡疗组大鼠脑组织NOS及NO水平分别为(4.13±0.88)U·mg~(-1)、(121.15±15.37)μmol·mg~(-1),(3.92±0.73)U·mg~(-1)、(119.57±12.65)μmol·mg~(-1),(2.92±0.15)U·mg~(-1)、(103.76±9.87)μmol·mg~(-1),显著低于模型组大鼠脑组织NOS及NO水平(8.05±1.13)U·mg~(-1)、(187.62±9.97)μmol·mg~(-1)]。中药酊剂组、蜡疗组、中药酊剂蜡疗组大鼠血清中NOS及NO水平分别为(24.33±4.57)U·mg~(-1)、(44.72±7.45)μmol·mg~(-1),(26.18±4.37)U·mg~(-1)、(50.07±9.26)μmol·mg~(-1),(20.35±4.21)U·mg~(-1)、(40.12±6.21)μmol·mg~(-1),显著低于模型组大鼠血清中NOS及NO水平(30.27±3.53)U·mg~(-1)、(80.62±4.46)μmol·mg~(-1)]。结论:中药酊剂蜡疗法可通过调节脑缺血缺氧损伤后大鼠脑组织、血清中NO含量和NOS活性而减轻大鼠神经细胞的损伤。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese medicine wax therapy on nitric oxide synthase(NOS) and NO in rat model of spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:The experimental rats were divided into 5 groups,namely control group,model group,Chinese medicine group,Chinese medicine wax group,Chinese medicine tincture wax group,given different interventions respectively.The activity of NOS and the content of NO in serum and brain tissues were detected by Spectrophotometry.Results:NOS and NO levels in the brain tissue of rats in the traditional Chinese medicine tincture group,wax therapy group,Chinese medicine tincture wax group were(4.13±0.88) U· mg-1 and(121.15 ±15.37) μ mol · mg-1,(3.92-±0.73) U · mg-1 and (119.57-±12.65) μ mol · mg-1,(2.92 ± 0.15) U · mg-1 and (103.76-± 9.87) μmol · mg-1 respectively,which were significantly lower than those of(8.05 ± 1.13) U · mg-1 and(187.62 ±9.97) μmol · mg-1 in the model group.NOS and NO levels in the serum of rats in the traditional Chinese medicine tincture group,wax therapy group,Chinese medicine tincture wax group were (24.33 ± 4.57) U · mg-1 and(44.72 ±7.45) μmol · mg-1,(26.18 ±4.37) U · mg-1 and(50.07 ±9.26) μmol · mg-1,(20.35 ±4.21) U · mg-1 and (40.12 ± 6.21) μmol · mg-1 respectively,which were significantly lower than those of (30.27 ± 3.53) U · mg-1 and (80.62 ± 4.46) μmol · mg-1 in the model group.Conclusion:Chinese medicine tincture wax therapy can reduce the damage of rat nerve cells by regulating NO content and NOS activity in brain tissue and serum of rats after cerebral ischemia injury.
