补肾益金汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者免疫功能的影响

目的:观察以补肾健脾活血法为组方原则的补肾益金汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)稳定期患者免疫功能的影响。方法:30例中医辨证属脾肾两虚、痰瘀互阻证的COPD稳定期患者,口服补肾益金汤,疗程3个月。测定患者用药前及用药1个月、3个月的T细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白、细胞因子,并与正常组30例比较。结果:治疗前COPD稳定期患者CD_3~+、CD_4~+、CD_4~+/CD_8~+显著低于对照组(P0.01),CD_8~+显著高于对照组(P0.01);IgG、IgA、IgM、IL-2显著低于对照组(P0.01),肿瘤坏死因子-α显著高于对照组(P0.05)。治疗1个月、治疗3个月与治疗前比较,上述各项指标均有明显改善(P0.05)。结论:补肾益金汤能明显提高COPD稳定期患者的免疫功能。

Effect of Bushen Yijin Tang on Immune Function of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Stable Period

Objective:To observe the effect of Bushen Yijin Tang on immune function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in stable period.Methods:30 cases of traditional Chines.e medicine syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in patients with stable period of COPD,oral administration of Bushen Yijin Tang for a period of 3 months.Measured the T cell subsets,immunoglobulin and cytokines before medication and one month and three months after treatment,and compared with 30 cases in the normal group.Results:CD3+,CD4+,CD4 +/CD8 + in patients with stable COPD before treatment were significantly lower than those in control group(P ＜ 0.01),CD8+ was significantly higher than that in control group (P ＜ 0.01).IgG,IgA,IgM,IL-2 were significantly lower than those in the control group (P ＜ O.01),and TNF-α was significantly higher than that of the control group(P ＜ 0.05).After one month and three months of treatment,compared with before treatment,the above indexes were significantly improved(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Yijin Tang can improve the immune function of patients with stable COPD.
