不同栽培模式下铁棍山药的质量评价

摘    要:目的:评价4种不同栽培模式下铁棍山药的质量。方法:在沙土地打孔、垆土地打孔、垆土地未打孔及沙土地未打孔模式下栽培山药,并对各栽培模式下的山药浸出物、多糖、淀粉和尿囊素进行含量测定,比较各栽培模式下铁棍山药的质量。结果:浸出物含量:垆土地打孔山药的含量显著较高,相比沙土地打孔山药高出13.50%;多糖含量:垆土地打孔山药较高,相比垆土地未打孔山药高出42.17%;淀粉含量:垆土地打孔与垆土地未打孔山药均较高,相比沙土地打孔山药分别高出54.73%、51.53%;尿囊素含量:沙土地打孔山药较高,相比垆土地打孔山药高出28.30%。经变异系数权重法分析,垆土地打孔山药质量较优,沙土地打孔山药质量较差。结论:在选择铁棍山药时,优选垆土地打孔栽培的山药。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the quality of Dioscorea opposita Thunb.cv.Tiegun in four different cultivation modes.Methods:The content water-soluble extractives,polysaccharidcs,starch and allantoin of Dioscorea opposita Thunb.cv.Tiegun were determined and a comparative analysis was carried out in four different cultivation modes including sand land drilling,loessial soil drilling,sand land without drilling and loessial soil without drilling.Results:The loessial soil drilling cultivation was proved to be better and sand land drilling cultivation was proved to be worse according to the method of weighted mean and the principal component analysis.Conclusion:Prior to other cultivation modes,we should select the loessial soil drilling cultivation in the choice of Dioscorea opposita Thunb.cv.Tiegun.
