参芪和胃散治疗慢性浅表性胃炎临床研究

摘    要:目的:观察参芪和胃散治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例辨证为脾胃虚弱型痞满即慢性浅表性胃炎患者随机分为两组,对照组50例,采用西药常规治疗,治疗组50例,在对照组治疗基础上加用参芪和胃散治疗。两组均以4周为1个疗程,主要观察两组患者治疗效果。结果:临床疗效方面:治疗组有效率为90.0%,对照组有效率为74.0%;胃镜疗效方面:治疗组有效率为78.0%,对照组有效率为48.0%;中医证候积分疗效方面:治疗组有效率为90.0%,对照组有效率为60.0%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.001)。结论:参芪和胃散治疗脾胃虚弱型痞满证即慢性浅表性胃炎有较好的临床疗效,并且无不良反应。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Shenqi Hewei Powder in treatment of chronic superficial gastritis.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic superficial gastritis were randomly divided into two groups:control group (n=50),which received conventional treatment of western medicine,and treatment group (n =50),which was treated with Shenqi Hewei Powder in addition to that of the treatment group.Four weeks was one course of treatment,and the therapeutic effect observation of the two groups of patients was made.Results:The clinical effective rate in the treatment group was 90.0% and that of the control group was 74.0%.The effective rate was 78% in the treatment group and 48.0% in the control group.The gastroscopy effective rate in the treatment group was 78.0% and that in the control group was 48.0%.There were significant differences between the two groups in these two aspects (P <0.001).Conclusion:Shenqi Hewei Powder has a good clinical effect without adverse reaction in treatment of chronic superficial gastritis with Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Syndrome.
