养精种玉汤辅以体外受精-胚胎移植对子宫内膜容受性的影响

目的:观察养精种玉汤辅以体外受精-胚胎移植技术对子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法:将78例患者随机分为治疗组(39例)和对照组(39例),治疗组于应用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist,GnRHa)降调节时加服养精种玉汤,每日1剂,至HCG日停药。对照组采用标准方案治疗不加用中药。观察两组患者肾阴虚证候积分、子宫内膜厚度及形态、HCG日雌激素和孕激素水平、受精率及妊娠率。结果:治疗后治疗组患者肾阴虚证候积分改善情况与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组治疗后内膜厚度大于治疗前,且与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者HCG日雌激素、孕激素水平以及受精率比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组妊娠率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:养精种玉汤可明显增加子宫内膜厚度,改善子宫内膜容受性,提高妊娠率。

Effects of Yangjing Zhongyu Tang Supplemented IVF-ET on Endometrial Receptivity

Objectuve:To observe the effects of Yangjing Zhongyu Tang supplemented in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVFET) on endometrial receptivity.Methods:78 IVF-ET patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (39 cases) and the control group(39 cases).Patients in treatment group were given Yangjing Zhongyu Tang with GnRH-a down-regulation,1 potion each day,until the day of HCG.The control group using standard regimen without using medicine.The general information,endometrial thickness and morphology on planting day or ovulation day,serum sex hormones levels and clinical results were observed.Results:After treatment,patients with kidney Yin deficiency syndrome scores compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);the intima thickness of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the levels of estrogen,progesterone and fertilization rate on the day of HCG (P ＞ 0.05).The pregnancy rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclution:Yangjing Zhongyu Tang can markedly increase the endometrial thickness,improve endometrial receptivity,improve the pregnancy rate.
