中西医结合治疗脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎临床研究

目的:观察中西医结合治疗脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:128例脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组64例。对照组给予抗幽门螺杆菌四联规范治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予中药清胃散加减治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后主要中医症状体征评分、生活质量评分、临床疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗后两组患者胃脘痞满、腹痛、纳呆主要中医症状评分均明显低于同组治疗前(P0.01);观察组患者胃脘痞满、腹痛、纳呆主要中医症状评分低于同期对照组(P0.05)。治疗后两组患者生活质量项目中疼痛/不舒服、焦虑/抑郁、自我照顾能力评分均明显高于同组治疗前(P0.01);观察组患者生活质量项目中疼痛/不舒服、焦虑/抑郁评分均高于同期对照组(P0.05)。对照组根除成功率67.2%,观察组为85.9%,两组比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P0.05)。对照组有效率为48.4%,观察组为73.4%,两组有效率比较,差异有显著统计学意义(χ2=8.402,P=0.0040.01)。对照组6例(占9.4%)发生不良反应,观察组1例(占3.1%)发生不良反应,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.133,P=0.1440.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎临床疗效显著,安全可靠,能有效减轻患者主要临床症状,提高幽门螺杆菌根除率,改善患者生活质量。

Clinical Study of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Chronic Gastritis with Damp-Heat in Spleen and Stomach Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of chronic gastritis with damp-heat in spleen and stomach syndrome.Methods:One hundred and twenty-eight patients were randomly divided into the control group (64 cases) and the observation group (64 cases).The control group was given anti-helicobacter pylori quadruple standard therapy,and the observation group was additionally given addition and subtraction treatment of Qingwei San based on the control group.And before and after treatment,main TCM symptoms and signs score,quality of life score,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were recorded.Result:After treatment,the scores of stomach epigastric fullness,abdominal pain,poor appetite in two groups were all lower than the time before treatment(P ＜ 0.01).And which in observation group were all lower than those in control group(P ＜0.05),and scores of pain / discomfort,anxiety / depression,self-care ability belong to quality of life project were all lower than the time before treatment(P ＜ 0.01),and which in observation group were all lower than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Root cause rate in observation group was 85.9％ higher than 67.2％ in control group(P ＜ 0.05).And efficient rate in observation group was 73.4％ higher than 48.4％ in control group(x2 =8.402,P =0.004 ＜0.01).Adverse reactions in observation group was 1 case(3.1％),and in control group were 6 cases(9.4％),and there was no statistical significance between two groups (x2 =2.133,P =0.144 ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of chronic gastritis with damp-heat in spleen and stomach syndrome can reduce the main clinical symptoms of patients,improve the eradication rate of helicobacter pylori,and improve the quality of life of patients,and the effect is obvious,and safe.
