冰黄止痒搽剂治疗湿疹临床研究

目的:观察冰黄止痒搽剂对湿热型湿疹的临床疗效。方法:选取120例患者,随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组各60例,对照组给予炉甘石洗剂适量外洗,治疗组予以冰黄止痒搽剂外洗,均以4周为1个疗程,观察治疗后两组患者瘙痒程度、皮损面积及皮损程度改善情况,评价临床疗效。结果:治疗后治疗组瘙痒程度和皮损面积改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组红斑、丘疹、丘疱疹及渗出结痂情况均较治疗前好转,且与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:冰黄止痒搽剂具有治疗湿疹、改善瘙痒程度的作用,临床疗效显著。

Clinical Study on Treatment of Eczema by Ice Yellow Antipruritic Liniment

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Ice Yellow Antipruritic Liniment on eczema with damp heat type.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,each group of 60 cases.The control group was given the amount of Calamine Lotion washing,and the treatment group was treated with Ice Yellow Antipruritic Liniment,and 4 weeks as a course of treatment.After treatment,pruritus,skin lesions and skin lesions improvement of patients in the two groups were observed and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:After treatment,the degree of pruritus and skin lesions in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05);erythema,papules,papulovesicles,exudation and crusting of the treatment group were better than before treatment,and compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Ice Yellow Antipruritic Liniment has significant effect in treating eczema,which can improve pruritus.
