桃红四物汤对肺癌患者血液高凝状态的影响

目的:观察桃红四物汤对肺癌患者血液高凝状态的影响。方法:108例肺癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组各54例。对照组给予常规化疗,观察组在化疗的基础上加用桃红四物汤治疗,共2个疗程。检测治疗前后血浆D-二聚体(D-Dimer,D-D)、血液流变学、纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FIB)和血小板最大聚集率(maximum platelet aggregation,MPAR)等指标,进行血瘀证评分。结果:治疗后观察组患者血浆FIB、D-D、MPAR水平下降,血瘀证评分降低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);治疗后两组患者全血黏度(高切、低切)、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、血小板、红细胞压积均下降,且观察组优于对照组(P0.01)。结论:桃红四物汤能改善肺癌患者的血液高凝状态,防止血栓形成,有助于改善患者的预后。

Study on Effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction on Hypercoagulable State of Blood in Patients with Lung Cancer

Objective:To observe the effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction on hypercoagulable state of blood in patients with lung cancer.Methods:One hundred and eight patients with chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group (54 cases) and observation group (54 cases).Both groups' patients were treated with conventional chemotherapy.In addition,patients in the observation group were given Taohong Siwu decoction,1 time/day for two courses.Before and after treatment,levels of fibrinogen (Fib),D-dimer (D-D),platelet aggregation rate (MPAR) and hemorheology were detected,and scores of stasis syndrome were given.Results:After treatment,the levels of Fib,D-D and MPAR and score of hemorheology of the observation group decreased.There were significant differences between the two groups (P ＜0.01).The whole blood viscosity (high and low shear),plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,PLT,and hematocrit decreased (P ＜ 0.01) in both groups after treatment,and the decreases of the observation group were more significant than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:Taohong Siwu decoction can ameliorate hypercoagulable state of blood of patients with lung cancer,preventing thrombosis and helping to improve the prognosis of patients.
